We brought our elderly cat here following an unfortunate and painful dental mishap at home. Surgery was required and Phil looked after him with utmost professionalism and compassion. Our elderly cat has since reverted to full-on kitten mode following treatment. Thank you Phil & team!

We recently brought our Jack Russell to the New Ross branch out of hours . We were met by Sheva who looked after him brilliantly. He got great care and Shiva was very professional, knowledgeable and very kind. Would definitely recommend.

If their was zero stars I’d press that Julie the nurse is really nice and kind but other than that the company is only out for money not the welfare or care of animals got molly Mae spayed their and Alfie nutered witch in total cost me €500 €245 for Alfie and €245 for molly Mae Alfie has an ear infection I called and asked could I pay what I had for now and pay off the rest as I was worried bout him was told no pay what I have now and basically bring him and pay the rest when I have the money ridiculous if you ask me I thought vets were for the welfare of animals not in This place got Alfie seen elsewhere he had bad ear infection and thankfully on the mend now was also told it shouldn’t of cost that much for nutering or spaying and males are cheaper I was charged same price for both witch was paid I really don’t reccomend this place they tell u give calpol as pain meds for dogs witch doesn’t work very well yes Alfie had to get puppy teeth out that one already fell out before he went for operation teeth that would of fell out naturally as one did before he went in at 7 mounts old

Mu wife got out two pets to this place for to be nuterd spending an upseen amount of money and payed in full just a few months on my dog got an ear infection I rang Julie to make appointment told her he is in pain consulting was 55euro without treatment Medication could run the bill up to 100euro To 120e I really couldn't afford to pay this much for ear infection so I asked if I payed what I had on me and pay the rest the following week I was told thay will see him when I have all the money dog in pain and Julie told me that Alfie had a place in her heart ❤️ how could any vet leave a poor animal in pain and discomfort over money but it's all about the money at this place I will never return here shame on the lot of yee zero stars appalling treatment

My dog came back from a nail trim with all 4 paws bandaged, she got a bandage off and bled all over my floor and rug. They double charged me for the visit! I ordered 4 dog flea treatments and 1 cat treatment- I got 4 cat treatments and 1 dog treatment. They have become atrocious since they took over Pet Vet. If you truly love your pet take them elsewhere
